Terms of Service
These terms form the agreement between you and NexVeil VPN. They cover what we promise to deliver, what we ask of you, and how billing and cancellation work.

1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, installing our apps, or paying for a plan, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter a contract in your jurisdiction.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
- One subscription is for one person or household, on up to 10 simultaneous devices.
- Reselling, sublicensing, or sharing access commercially is not permitted.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
3. Subscription and billing
Plans are offered on 1-month (£5), 3-month (£10), 6-month (£15), and 12-month (£20) terms. Prices are in pounds sterling and include applicable taxes where required.
Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term at the then-current rate for that term, unless you cancel beforehand. We email you before any renewal charge. You can disable renewal at any time from your account dashboard, and doing so keeps your access until the end of the paid period.
Price changes
If we change the price of your plan, we tell you at least 30 days before it applies to your renewal, giving you time to cancel.
4. Refunds
Every new subscription carries a 30-day money-back guarantee. Email us within 30 days of your first payment and we refund it in full, no explanation required. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
After 30 days, or on renewal payments, refunds are at our discretion — though we will always try to make things right if the service failed you.
5. Acceptable use
NexVeil is built to protect lawful privacy. You agree not to use the service to:

We cannot see what you browse, but we do act on credible abuse reports at the network level — for example by blocking outbound spam ports or suspending an account tied to verified attack traffic.
6. Service availability
We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upstream network faults, or government-level blocking may occasionally interrupt access. Individual server locations may be added or retired as the network evolves.
7. Intellectual property
The NexVeil name, logo, apps, and website are our property. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use our software for the duration of your subscription. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or rebrand it. WireGuard® is a registered trademark of Jason A. Donenfeld.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Termination
You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate an account that materially breaches these terms, and where practical we give notice and a chance to fix the problem first. Serious abuse may result in immediate termination without refund.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Zurich, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
